Placing an Order
To confirm an order, 50% advance payment is required.
The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before delivery of the product.
Please select your dress size carefully, as size changes after the product is ready are difficult to accommodate.
Order Delivery Time
Standard order completion time is 6–12 weeks.

Refund and Return Policy
Bia Designers follows a strict NO REFUND policy.
Once an order is placed, the advance payment is non-refundable.
After delivery, finished products cannot be returned.
Product Delivery
All deliveries are handled by third-party courier services.
Bia Designers is not responsible for delays or damages caused during transit.
Product Variation
Materials used in our dresses are sourced from the open market. Due to availability, slight variations in fabric or embellishments may occur.
Colors may differ slightly due to photography lighting or screen display settings.
Alterations
A one-time alteration service is offered for local clients only.
Customers may return the product for adjustments, and it will be altered and shipped back.
Shipping costs for alterations are borne by the customer.
